Scanfit entered the collaboration with a strong product, growing demand and clear potential beyond its existing markets.
The business had already proven that customers were interested in the product, but the commercial setup needed to become more structured if growth was going to continue at a higher level.
The opportunity was to create a stronger foundation across data, acquisition, content and conversion, while preparing the business for expansion into new markets.
Udfordringen
Scaling growth without losing control of profitability
Scanfit had the potential to grow significantly, but increasing budgets alone would not create a sustainable growth model.
The business needed a clearer understanding of where new customers were coming from, which campaigns and markets were creating the strongest commercial value and where budgets should be allocated.
At the same time, Scanfit needed stronger creative output, more relevant landing experiences and a setup capable of supporting international expansion.
The question became:
How do you scale acquisition across markets while improving the structure behind performance and keeping profitability in focus?
Løsningen
A stronger data foundation with profit in focus
The first priority was creating a more reliable foundation for decision-making.
Tracking and performance data were structured so campaigns could be evaluated on more than topline revenue alone.
This created a clearer picture of which channels, campaigns and customer groups were actually contributing to profitable growth.
Incremental growth and new customer acquisition
A stronger acquisition model was built around reaching customers who represented genuine incremental growth.
Rather than relying too heavily on existing demand, campaigns were structured to expand the customer base and make new customer acquisition a more important part of the growth model.
This gave Scanfit a stronger platform for scaling beyond the audiences already familiar with the brand.
Content as a growth engine
Creative became a much bigger part of the performance setup.
Instead of treating content as something separate from media buying, creative angles, formats and messaging were continuously tested against commercial performance.
The objective was to identify which messages made the product easiest to understand and which formats created the strongest response from potential customers.
Landing pages built for prospecting
New traffic needs a different experience from customers who already know the brand.
Dedicated landing pages were therefore developed around specific audiences, products and campaign angles.
This created a closer connection between the message in the ad and the experience after the click, making it easier for new customers to understand the product and move towards a purchase.
International scaling
Scanfit was prepared for growth beyond its existing markets.
The setup was adapted to support international expansion across campaigns, customer journeys and market-specific communication.
Rather than simply copying the Danish setup into new countries, the commercial structure was built to allow for local differences while keeping the overall model scalable.
Google Ads with more accurate performance tracking
Google Ads became a stronger part of the acquisition setup.
Improved tracking made it easier to understand which campaigns, searches and products were generating real commercial value.
This gave Scanfit a better basis for optimising spend and allocating budgets towards the areas with the strongest performance.
Sharper search campaigns and new formats
Search activity was continuously refined around intent and commercial relevance.
Campaign structures, keywords and formats were developed to capture customers closer to purchase while testing new opportunities for reaching demand.
Combined with the broader acquisition setup, this helped create a more complete model across both demand generation and demand capture.

Scaling without making every purchase more expensive
Scanfit increased revenue by 252% compared with the same period the year before.
At the same time, order volume increased by 304%.
Media spend was scaled by 268%, while the cost per purchase decreased by 33%.
That is the most important part of the case.
Scanfit did not grow simply because more money was invested in advertising. Growth came from building a stronger commercial setup across content, landing pages, tracking, Meta Ads, Google Ads and international expansion.
On Meta, we built a structure capable of acquiring new customers and carrying significantly higher spend without making every purchase more expensive.
On Google Ads, the account became more precise, better structured and better equipped for continued scaling.
And on the webshop, the commercial impact could be seen directly in both revenue and order volume.
The key results:
- +252% revenue growth
- +304% more orders
- +268% higher media spend
- -33% lower cost per purchase
- A stronger setup for acquiring new customers through Meta
- A more precise and scalable Google Ads structure
- A commercial foundation built for continued international growth
That is the difference between simply spending more and scaling properly.
Really great experience with Looja. Genuinely nice people to work with. They make running a business more enjoyable, and they’re really good at what they do. I could tell from the very first conversation, when they mentioned there was no long lock-in period. Only agencies that are confident in the quality of their service are willing to say that.
